Help has arrived! I'm Gretchen Santos, and I've created this website to provide assistance for your most challenging behavior problems.  In the past 10 years, I've taught classes for children with emotional and behavioral disorders, a class for children with mental retardation, and a general education ELD class. I've worked with children with many different exceptionalities and I'd like to share my expertise with you. This site contains a blog (scroll down), on which you can post your concerns and get timely responses from professors at California State University at Northridge, other teachers, and myself.  If you have challenges or helpful teaching or behavior management strategies, I'd like to hear from you!  Then, check out my other pages, listed on the left, which have links to great sites, suggested reading (which is actually fun!) and other helpful information.  This site is new.  I'm checking it daily, and adding stuff at least once a week.  I hope to hear from you!
